Every Wrenlow order is covered by our 90-day make-it-right guarantee: if anything isn’t perfect, we’ll replace it or refund it — no awkward questions.

What’s covered

• Damaged or defective items — replaced free, or fully refunded.
• Wrong item or wrong message card — replaced free.
• They simply don’t love it — refund or replacement within 90 days of delivery.

How to start

Get in touch via the contact page with your order number and a note on what went wrong (a photo helps for damage claims). We’ll sort it from there.

Refund timing

Refunds go back to your original payment method once approved. Processing times vary by bank, but most appear within 5–10 business days.
